Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare Incorporated is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to perform minimally invasive, image guided procedures across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. You will ensure accurate evaluation, procedural selection, and quality outcomes in a hospital and outpatient environment.

The role requires IR residency completion, board certification or eligibility, and an unrestricted Virginia medical license, with participation in rounds and teaching as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Radiology residency completion.
• ACGME‑accredited IR residency or fellowship completed.
• Board certified or board eligible in IR (ABR or equivalent).
• Unrestricted medical license or eligibility (Virginia).
• Proficient in a broad range of IR procedures in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care and rounds.
• Review imaging for procedural planning and candidacy.
• Consult ED, ICU, surgery, oncology, and hospital medicine teams.
