Job summary

The Planet Group seeks an Image Content Producer for a 3-month contract on a full-time, 40-hour week hybrid role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will establish and lead communications and workflows for asset deliverables, define global content plans across locales and campaigns, and coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

• 3–6 years of producer experience in a creatively-driven ad agency or equivalent in-house teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields a plus.
• Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
• Ability to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.
• Ability to quickly process detailed information and capture the 'big picture' to deliver a clear and concise point-of-view.
• Track record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical teams.
• Ability to identify and eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Multitasker who can balance priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience using Content Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of Adobe suites of products
• Strong knowledge of Keynote and Pages

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead communications and workflows for asset deliverables.
• Define and document strategic global content plans across locales including product launches and campaigns.
• Handle day-to-day escalations and production challenges.
• Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows.
• Plan and execute internal and external workflows for asset exchange and delivery.
• Coordinate with creative and development teams to document global content needs and asset matrices.
• Develop detailed briefs for Geo production teams.
• Partner with Brand teams to understand software features across regions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on localization variances across platforms.
• Cultivate understanding of creative, web, motion graphics, and production processes.
• Partner with localization teams to scope based on marketing plans.
• Ensure training of newly hired producers.

Image Content Producer

Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA (roughly 3 days/week onsite)Duration:3 months with potential for extensionPay Rate: $46-51.88/hrdepending on experience

The Planet Groupis seeking anImage Content Producerto join our well-known advertising client on a 3-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position and will work a hybrid schedule out of their Sunnyvale office.

• Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
• Assist in defining and documenting strategic global content plans across Client's locales including product launches, seasonal and campaign work across web, email, online stores and other platforms
• Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
• Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows
• Plan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables
• Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, software, hardware and lifestyle assets
• Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
• Partner with Brand teams to develop a clear and thorough understanding of software features and their availability across regions
• Serve as subject matter experts on regional localization variances and across various platforms, by providing guidance throughout the product lifecycle
• Cultivate a thorough and specialized understanding of the creative, web, motion graphics, and motion video production processes
• Partner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plans
• Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers

Image Content Producer Qualifications
