Job summary

Kyyba is seeking an IM&S Planner/Supply Chain Planner to be onsite in Moline, IL. The contract is 12+ months with potential extension based on performance and client needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in supply management, ERP/SAP MM experience, and strong communication skills. The role focuses on PO creation, issue resolution, and supplier support, with Power BI/Tableau analytics a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in Supply Management & Logistics or related field.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) preferred.
• Customer service experience and procure-to-pay exposure a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders
• Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and cart errors
• Educate, train, and provide on-demand supplier and stakeholder support
• Execute Annual Framework process
