Job summary

Web Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a MOCTT Information Management / Knowledge Management C2 Integrator to deliver instruction, mentorship, and systems integration for MAGTF operations centers.

The role focuses on improving information flow, shared awareness, and decision-support via training audiences, SOPs, and knowledge products. The position requires experience with IM/KM concepts, C2 systems, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of relevant C2/IM/KM experience.
• Experience supporting MEF, MEB, MSC, or Joint Task Force.
• Secret clearance eligibility required.
• Proven instructional and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor Watch Officers and staff on IM/KM and C2 system use.
• Assess information flow and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, TAPs, and knowledge products.
• Update training packages and exercise materials.
• Support training audience planning and exercise life cycles.
• Provide troubleshooting for C2 connectivity and permissions.
