Job summary

Web Business Solutions seeks an MOCTT Information Management / Knowledge Management C2 Integrator to provide training, mentorship, and systems integration to improve MAGTF Operations Center decision making. The role focuses on connecting people, processes, information, C2 systems, and supporting architecture to enhance information flow and watch floor effectiveness.

The position supports Training Audience TAP development and participates in exercise life cycle events, ensuring IM/KM, C2 systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in C2/IM/KM.
• Strong instructor and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of MAGTF and Joint Operations Centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal and informal instruction and mentorship on Information Management, Knowledge Management, and C2 system use.
• Train Watch Officers and Watch Chiefs on information requirements and COP/CTP management.
• Assess information flow and recommend improvements for shared awareness and decision making.
• Support SOPs, TACSOPs, and knowledge products to improve accessibility of validated information.
• Assist in developing Training Audience Plans and participate in exercise life cycle events.
• Develop courseware, training packages, and knowledge checks for TAP delivery.
