Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years related experience.
• Instructor development or training experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal and informal instruction on the operation and employment of digital and analog command and control across the Operations Center.
• Mentor Watch Officers and staff on roles, responsibilities, information flow, and C2 processes.
• Develop, update, and deliver academic packages, courseware, and training materials for TAP and POI.
• Participate in exercise life cycle planning, preparation, coordination, and execution to identify training requirements.
• Maintain SOPs, battle drills, and watch floor procedures to improve C2 effectiveness.
