Job summary

The Springfield-Greene County Library is seeking an ILS Coordinator to oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the library's ILS software. This role ensures smooth operation to support library services and staff efficiency.

You will train staff, collaborate with vendors, generate reports, and maintain data security practices. A MLIS degree and public library experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MLIS degree required; public library experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ILS implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ILS issues and escalate as needed.
