Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to support development, fielding, and sustainment of complex electromechanical products. You will analyze supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and contribute to reliability and maintainability across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement RAM analyses, LSA/MTA, and lifecycle documentation, ensuring availability and reduced total lifecycle cost.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ILS, sustainment, reliability, or systems engineering.
• Experience creating maintenance plans and lifecycle support docs for complex products.
• Knowledge of RAM concepts and their application to system design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ILS plans and supportability strategies.
• Perform RAM analyses to improve lifecycle outcomes.
• Create maintenance plans to optimize availability and minimize cost.
• Conduct LSA and MTA to define maintenance requirements and resources.
• Develop lifecycle sustainment documentation for fielding and long‑term support.
