Job summary

HTU is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process across acute care settings. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care while directing and coordinating nursing activities in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications include graduation from a School of Professional Nursing, an Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred), and 6 months of acute care experience. The role offers flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of 6 months experience preferred in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to integrate knowledge and skills associated with the nursing process for patient populations including neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
• Ability to function within the RN scope of practice.
• Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage range: $35.00 - $45.00.
• Eligible for evening/night and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and job codes.
