Job summary

Nexus Health in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Shifts available: 6am–6:30pm and 6pm–6:30am, both full-time. You will administer medications, monitor progress, educate residents and families, and document findings to support safe, effective treatment and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
