Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a dedicated Water Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies, assess moisture, perform extraction, and manage drying processes on customer sites. You will document damage, operate dehumidifiers and air movers, and coordinate with project managers to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold the WRT certification, with hands-on restoration experience and a strong, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Current IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is required.
• Hands-on water restoration experience preferred.
• Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT) a plus.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, work in tight spaces.
• Able to wear PPE and respiratory protection.
• Availability for after-hours work and rotating on-call.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and keep sites clean and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and an emergency on-call rotation.
