Job summary

Akamai's Compute team, part of the Meerkat group, is seeking a Senior II Software Development Engineer in Test to advance performance architecture, hardware benchmarking, and automated quality systems for distributed cloud environments.

You will build scalable testing frameworks, automate regression, load and performance tests, and integrate performance gates into Jenkins-driven CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with software engineers, SREs, and data center teams.

The Senior II Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will enhance performance architecture, hardware benchmarking, and automated quality systems for distributed, large-scale environments. • Experience using AI to accelerate development tasks.
