**Job Summary:**
Store, prepare, cook, and properly plate all food items in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain professional working relations with IHOP Team Members.

**Job Description:**
- Department: Cook
- Reports To: IHOP General Manager
- Store, prepare, cook, and plate all food items according to IHOP SOP manuals.
- Memorize and apply IHOP gallery terminology, plating procedures, utensils, abbreviations, and methodologies.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Comply with all regulations, safety manuals, health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Follow IHOP and Liberty uniform and appearance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Teamwork and Communication:**
Work effectively with others in a positive, supportive manner.

**Cleanliness:**
Maintain high cleanliness standards and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.

**Occupational Health & Safety:**
Perform duties safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- Willing to cover shifts when needed.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
