Job Summary: Store, prepare, cook, and properly plate all food items in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain professional, functional working relations with IHOP Team Members.
2. Prepare food according to specifications set forth in IHOP SOP manuals.
3. Memorize and apply all IHOP specialized gallery terminology, plating menu items, procedures, gallery utensils, abbreviations, and methodologies.
4. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
5. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as IHOP Safety Manual and SOP health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
6. Adhere to IHOP and Liberty uniform and appearance standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with others in a positive, supportive, and cooperative manner.

Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and perform cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts.

Occupational Health & Safety: Perform all duties safely and responsibly, ensuring the safety of workers, guests, suppliers/contractors, and the environment. Comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Physically capable of standing for long periods.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willing to cover shifts when needed.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks.
