Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life sciences.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience performing IHC, IF, histology or related assays.
• Experience with FFPE tissue samples and antibody-based staining techniques.
• Strong documentation and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Independently perform IHC, IF, and ISH staining procedures per SOPs.
• Prepare, stain, and process FFPE tissues with traceability.
• Develop, validate, and optimize new IHC/IF/ISH/mIF assays.
• Review stained slides with pathologists to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Lead client projects and coordinate timelines to meet deliverables.
