Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life sciences.
- 2+ years of laboratory experience performing IHC, IF, histology or related assays.
- Experience with FFPE tissue samples and antibody-based staining techniques.
- Strong documentation and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform IHC, IF, and ISH staining procedures per SOPs.
- Prepare, stain, and process FFPE tissues with traceability.
- Develop, validate, and optimize new IHC/IF/ISH/mIF assays.
- Review stained slides with pathologists to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Lead client projects and coordinate timelines to meet deliverables.
