Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Program Manager for Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) in the Southeastern Ohio region. The role leads IHBT services, ensures fidelity to Ohio standards, and collaborates with supervisors and staff to coordinate high-quality care.

The position requires 3-4 years in healthcare/behavioral health, advanced clinical leadership, and Ohio licensure.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral sciences, or a related field is required.
• An active licensure as an independent LISW/LPCC/IMFT in the state of Ohio is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields is required.
• Experience delivering or managing intensive programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centered IHBT services aligned with Ohio fidelity standards and OhioRISE expectations.
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation to supervisors and direct service staff.
• Monitor treatment quality, documentation standards, and crisis response practices.
• Review cases for appropriateness, acuity, and service intensity.
• Support collaborative treatment planning focused on reducing hospitalization, residential placement, and system involvement.
• Oversee documentation audits, utilization management, and billing integrity.
