Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for an experienced IGT-HSC Operations Supervisor eager to join a growing organization with an appetite for diverse, technically challenging work.

This position requires a self-starter to collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize, coordinate, and implement services that align with the location's objectives and meet and exceed all internal and external

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of industrial gas turbine experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with PCs and software (Microsoft, CAD, ERP).
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages and supports site safety initiatives and daily programs.
• Drives accountability and adheres to policies to safeguard employees.
• Implements operational strategies aligned with divisions objectives.
• Reports and diagnoses repairs on malfunctioning equipment and assesses turbine readiness.
• Collaborates with third-party vendors on project planning for gas turbines.
• Plans and ensures repair time commitments are met or exceeded.
• Drives labor efficiency and reduces operational costs.
• Manages vendor and customer communications for repair projects.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards.
• Participates in RCAs and provides recommendations to customers.
• Mobilizes and demobilizes parts and equipment efficiently.
• Ensures on-site labor requirements meet timelines.
