You will partner with stakeholders to manage projects, ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and effective customer communication, while guiding teams and optimizing labor and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
• Experience in the gas turbine industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with industry software (CAD, Primavera P6, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages and supports site and safety initiatives.
• Drives accountability and adheres to policies to safeguard employees.
• Implements operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Reports, diagnoses, and executes repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
• Collaborates on project planning for gas turbines and equipment at third-party sites.
• Ensures repair time commitments are met or exceeded.
• Drives labor efficiency and optimization to reduce costs and increase output.
• Manages customer communications related to repair projects.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards.
• Contributes to root cause analyses and process improvements.
