Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to drive flawless execution of iGaming products across markets. You will oversee releases, onboarding, and market launches while coordinating Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will act as the primary delivery point for clients and partners, ensure regulatory alignment, manage risks, and report progress with clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery, program or project management in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
• End-to-end delivery experience in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in regulated environments or working within required guidelines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of iGaming initiatives including releases and client onboarding.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams to align plans.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, regulatory and operational standards.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for clients, operators and partners.
• Provide transparent timelines, risks and status updates.
• Support market readiness activities and regulatory certifications.
