Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Manager to lead the delivery of IGA products and capabilities across enterprise infrastructure and applications. You will develop the IGA strategy, drive multi-year roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery with strong collaboration across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IGA platforms.
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise IGA program or IGA engineering function.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with SailPoint or another enterprise IGA platform.
• Experience with enabling, migrating to, or managing an enterprise IGA platform using best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise identity governance strategies.
• Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle events/workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Experience integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow-like platforms.
• Knowledge of RBAC, Least Privileged Access and Separation of Duty.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement new IGA capabilities to drive enterprise strategy.
• Own and drive enterprise IGA strategy and multi-year plan across access, lifecycle, provisioning, roles, and certs.
• Establish and maintain IGA policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Serve as primary escalation point for IGA risks, issues, and decisions.
• Provide technical leadership for IGA platforms and services, including SailPoint solutions.
• Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot IGA solutions with documentation and test cases.
• Create solutions that enable full automation, self-service and resiliency.
• Identify risks, drive remediation, and collaborate with internal teams for implementation.
