SENIOR US IT RECRUITER/SENIOR IT RECRUITER

Technical Business Analyst (100% remote) requires a background with Fraud/waste and abuse deliverables

Must have Fraud/waste and abuse deliverables

• Serve as a business analyst for a scrum team, documenting, analyzing, tracing, and gathering requirements.
• Ensure JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately, kept up to date, with clear acceptance criteria, requirements, and dependencies.
• Partner with the Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst to complete impact assessments and support change control processes.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure requirements meet customer needs and align with the program roadmap.
• Maintain clear communication with the Product Owner, leadership, and the customer.
• Lead technical and business discussions, providing recommendations and supporting informed decision-making.
