Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Technical Accounting Manager to lead IFRS research, interpretation, and policy application across the corporate accounting organization. You will develop position papers and advise finance teams on complex transactions, ensuring consistent treatment worldwide.

The role emphasizes training, knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement in accounting processes. Based in Auburn Hills, MI, the candidate should be a CPA with 5+ years of public/private accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related degree.
• CPA or equivalent designation required.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in public accounting and private industry accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and document complex IFRS accounting issues including revenue, business combinations, leases, and more.
• Prepare and review technical accounting position papers for significant non‑routine transactions.
• Serve as primary technical accounting advisor to Corporate Accounting and Finance teams, translating guidance for non‑finance stakeholders.
