This hybrid, full-time role supports quarterly and annual close, ensures IFRS compliance, and drives process improvements across global reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, a CPA, 5 years of public accounting experience, and strong IFRS knowledge, with multinational experience and systems like

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification required or actively pursuing certification.
• 5 years of public accounting experience with a large national firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate the global financial reporting process and ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables.
• Ensure IFRS reporting compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Maintain disclosure checklists and support enhancements of financial statement disclosures.
• Assist in preparing board, audit committee, and executive management reporting materials.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and consolidation activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Contribute to internal control improvements and SOX/compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and drive automation.
