Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks an accomplished financial reporting leader to manage all aspects of international financial reporting and consolidation. You will drive IFRS and US GAAP compliance and coordinate external audits for global entities.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years of international accounting experience, and strong collaboration with finance, tax, treasury, and legal teams. Proficiency in Workiva and Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; an advanced master's degree preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant international accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience working for a large multinational corporation with international accounting and reporting responsibilities across multiple legal entities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workiva, and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting for international operations.
• Coordinate external audits with independent auditors.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidations and SEC-style statements.
• Develop reports to support external reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements across financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Implement corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
