Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics; Aerospace or Systems Engineering preferred.
• Experience applying disciplined systems engineering processes, including requirements management and safety concepts.
• Development of requirements-based verification test cases and procedures.
• Laboratory test environment experience and aerospace verification background.
• Strong problem analysis, root-cause deduction and engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with digital electronics in integrated systems.
• Willingness to learn aerospace equipment for eVTOL aircraft.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs; English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop or contribute to verification test plans, cases and procedures for the integrated Flight Control/Propulsion system.
• Conduct verification activities to confirm control system behavior, including failures and dynamic response.
• Analyze data and generate test reports from verification campaigns.
• Manage problem reports, track findings to closure, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with analysis team on simulation test cases and performance reports.
• Develop automation to support verification test case execution.
• Prepare verification artifacts and documentation for design reviews and regulatory submittals.
