Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking an In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) Test Automation Engineer to support and maintain the end-to-end test environment and drive system test activities with a focus on automation.

The role collaborates with the IFEC GM E2E System Test, IFEC Chief System Engineer, IFEC Chief Architect, and the Program Management team to ensure verified and validated IFEC products across deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end test automation for complex systems.
• Ability to develop test plans and procedures.
• Experience in aerospace or similar safety-critical environments preferred.
• Strong collaboration across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Define IFEC E2E system test automation based on requirements.
• Develop IFEC E2E system test plans and procedures.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure testing specifications and results.
• Support Customer Experience, IT, and TechOps with IFEC system launches.
• Maintain System Integration Lab(s) (SIL) representing aircraft systems.
• Assist the test manager in execution and coordination.
• Analyze requirements to create test procedures and plans.
• Install software on test lab equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Create system test automation using various software tools.
• Perform system tests and report results.
• Coordinate with Delta departments providing product support.
• Participate in on-wing testing.
