Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking an IFEC Technical Program Manager to lead complex engineering, certification, and fleet modification programs for inflight entertainment and onboard tech. You will coordinate Engineering, FAA stakeholders, Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and OEMs to deliver aircraft modifications from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program management, project management, engineering, certification, or technical leadership in aviation or similar complex environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience developing executive-level communications, business cases, program plans, and performance metrics.
• Is at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for aircraft engineering, certification, and fleet modification initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and governance across engineering and certification activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive program alignment and execution.
• Manage scope, budget, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control with executive reporting.
• Develop certification strategies and oversee FAA compliance artifacts and delivery.
