Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years in adult education or workforce training.
Experience designing customized curriculum and contextualized instruction.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
Proficiency with instructional technology and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver customized workforce education programs aligned with employer needs.
Provide contextualized instruction in English language acquisition, workplace communication, digital literacy, employability skills, and foundational academic content.
Adapt curriculum and instructional methods based on employer feedback and learner needs.
Utilize in-person, hybrid, remote, asynchronous, and workplace-based learning formats.
Develop instructional materials and training resources to support workforce readiness.
