Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 48 college units and CPR/First Aid certification; training provided.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Desirable: bachelor’s degree in education or related field; substitute credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with push-in and push-out resource services for students with IEPs.
• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities in general education.
• Document service minutes and sessions in Welligent by Friday 5pm.
• Monitor student progress toward IEP goals via observations and data collection.
• Assist in implementing instructional strategies and accommodations per IEPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records in line with FERPA and IDEA.
• Collaborate with ISTs and teachers to inform IEP development.
• Provide translator support in IEP meetings if bilingual.
• Attend required trainings, PD, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment.
