Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support students ages 5–21 across four PA campuses (Reading, Reading, Kutztown, Wyomissing). You’ll coordinate IEPs, reevaluations, attendance, and student records while ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

You’ll collaborate with families, school staff, clinicians, and district partners, maintain confidential information, and manage multiple priorities across campuses with independence and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with confidential student records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IEPs, reevaluations, attendance, truancy, and student records.
• Maintain accurate special education documentation and ensure timelines.
• Communicate with families, school staff, clinicians, and district representatives.
• Support multiple schools by managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive appropriate services.
• Maintain confidential student information and data accuracy.
