Job summary

Learning Prep School in Newton, MA seeks an Educational Team Facilitator (IEP Coordinator) to join for the 2026/2027 school year, starting 8/24/2026. The role develops, completes, and implements IEPs for about 55 students in grades 4-9 and leads IEP meetings with families and districts.

The candidate should have strong IEP knowledge, excellent communication, and MA licensure in Moderate/Severe Disabilities or as a Special Education Administrator; teaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for students.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate meetings with families and school districts.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, completion, and implementation of IEPs for approximately 55 students in grades 4-9.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate with families and school districts.
• Conduct classroom observations and supervise the Middle School Educational Leadership Team Administrative Assistant.
