Learning Prep School in Newton, MA is seeking an Educational Team Facilitator to join our faculty for the start of the 2026/2027 School Year beginning 8/24/2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of highly qualified special education professionals! The Educational Team Facilitator coordinates the development, completion, and implementation of IEPs for approximately 55 students in grades 4-9. Teachers and service providers contribute student data and educational input, while the Educational Team Facilitator compiles that information into cohesive final IEP documents. The position also facilitates IEP meetings, communicates with families and school districts, conducts classroom observations, accompanies district observers, and supervises the Middle School Educational Leadership Team Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced educator with strong IEP knowledge, polished written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with students with disabilities. Candidates must have teaching experience and hold Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Disabilities, Severe Disabilities, or as a Special Education Administrator.

This is a full-time, in-person, school year-based position. Standard faculty hours are generally 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with Wednesdays until 4:00 p.m.
