Job Description

Learning Prep School in Newton, MA is seeking an Educational Team Facilitator to join our faculty for the start of the 2026/2027 School Year beginning 8/24/2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of highly qualified special education professionals! The Educational Team Facilitator coordinates the development, completion, and implementation of IEPs for approximately 55 students in grades 4-9. • 403(b) retirement plan with discretionary employer match, currently 3%
  • Access to vision, disability, critical illness, and pet insurance
  • Employer-paid Employee Assistance Program benefits for employees and their family members

This is a full-time, in-person, school year-based position. Standard faculty hours are generally 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with Wednesdays until 4:00 p.m.
