The Austin Centers for Exceptional Students on campus, Monday through Friday, seeks an IEP compliance clerk/scheduler to manage annual IEPs and METs and coordinate meetings with districts and families. This role involves careful recordkeeping, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with ACES and IDEA regulations.
You will assist teachers with IEP documentation in the e-IEP Pro system, oversee the master schedule in Outlook, and maintain confidential student records, contributing to student success.

Position Summary
The IEP compliance clerk/scheduler would be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, documenting and tracking all annual IEPs and METs. Additionally, the Compliance Clerk will be in constant contact with all referring school districts and families to schedule conference rooms for meetings at the school.
