Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a pharmacist to perform investigational drug and clinical research functions, reporting to the Pharmacy supervisor and Pharmacy Research Manager. You will handle protocol-related duties, drug dispensation, and study monitoring to support patient care across UCLA Health.

You will ensure compliance with rules and regulations, oversee staff, and foster professional collaborations with clinical teams. A Pharm D.

Qualifications

• Pharm D. degree and current CA Pharmacy license.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritizing, and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and investigational drug services.
• Knowledge of good clinical practice and human subjects protection.
• Knowledge in oncology and/or Board Certification preferred.
• Experience in IV Medication Compounding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Pharmacy supervisor and Pharmacy Research Manager; perform various pharmacist functions pertaining to investigational drugs and clinical research.
