Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.
The ideal candidate for the project manager position will have experience in communicating and planning all aspects of programs, including budgets, resource allocations, timelines, and team dynamics. Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to utilize metrics to foresee and mitigate potential issues.
Responsibilities of this role include ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of initiatives while managing program requirements and coordinating with various stakeholders. Duties include planning projects in detail, managing schedules for all stakeholders and working with technical teams to ensure project deliverables are met. This role is also responsible for tracking and communicating the budgetary and technical status for each project assigned. Additionally, this role will manage and oversee applicable business management processes as they relate to projects within their portfolio to include but not limited to purchase order management and invoicing.

Develops project plans, creates schedules and ensures task deliverables meet expectations. Collaborates with project contributors to assess and ensure successful project outcomes. Defines and ensures resources are assigned to meet project goals. Monitors project and communicates quality and progress metrics to department and/or staff(s). Recommends project budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change. Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
