Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities you will be responsible for assessing designing and engineering DevOps solutions in complex technology environments Your day to day activities will include designing and building DevOps technical solutions for cloud native cloud enabled and on premises infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role Master proficiency in Harness Internal Developer Portal IDP is required Master proficiency in GitHub Actions is recommended Master proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques DevOps DevOps Architecture and Python Automation is suggested

Develop and implement innovative DevOps strategies that enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency

Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals

Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Support and mentor colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Analyze complex technical challenges and propose scalable sustainable solutions that drive project success

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Harness Internal Developer Portal IDP
  
• Master proficiency in GitHub Actions
  
• High School Diploma / GED
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques DevOps
  
• DevOps Architecture and Python Automation
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
