Accenture Flex is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design and develop custom software solutions, utilizing Java EE, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks. The role requires 100% onsite client work in Bentonville, AR, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

You will mentor teammates, apply Agile practices, and continuously improve applications for performance. A minimum of 2 years in related skills and a High School Diploma or GED are required;

Key Responsibilities

• As a Custom Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work related problems.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year of experience in relevant related skills
• Master proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
• Master proficiency in Spring Boot
• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka Microservices and Light Weight
• 100% onsite client work
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot
• Architecture and Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service AKS is suggested along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
