Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant software/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and ensures technical implementation of business software applications.
• Develops governance documents outlining objectives, scope, approach, and timeline.
• Coordinates IT processes and resources to deploy new solutions.
• Tracks milestones and reports status to sponsors and executives.
• Ensures adherence to change control, coding standards, and UI guidelines.
• Oversees performance reviews for direct reports.
