Responsibilities

• Leads projects and is accountable for successful technical implementation of business software applications.
• Assembles project plans, monitors work, performs quality reviews, and escalates issues.
• Develops governance documents explaining objective, scope, approach, and timeline.
• Coordinates IT resources to deploy new solutions to the business.
• Prepares project status presentations to team members, Sponsors, and IT Executives.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans to meet objectives.
• Ensures adherence to governance standards and methodologies.
• Manages cross-functional projects and enforces coding standards and change control processes.
• Performs performance reviews for direct reports.
