The role requires engaging with the business and IT teams to discover needs, document requirements, and align systems with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator and analyst, capable of coordinating with executives and department heads to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Liaison between various business departments and group
• Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Assist with project management as needed.

The person selected will be wholly committed to the discovery and development of cutting-edge innovative solutions. They will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
