15+ years in IDMC PIM, MDM and data governance, with strong communication to executives and diverse stakeholders. Healthcare domain experience highly valued, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IDMC PIM and MDM for healthcare data
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Consulting experience with client stakeholders
• Facilitation of requirements gathering and validation with executives
• Strong communication with architecture review boards
• Understanding of life sciences data solutions
• Ability to design governance and compliance into solutions
• Ability to turn vague requirements into concrete concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of IDMC PIM, MDM, data quality and governance
• Collaborate with ERP, CRM, supply chain, regulatory, and analytics platforms
• Define data models, governance processes, and compliance controls
• Interact with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to drive transformation
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving throughout engagements
