Job summary

Zyntek is seeking a senior Data Engineer to lead enterprise-grade data solutions. You will drive IDM/IDMC implementations, Snowflake-powered data models, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across onshore and offshore teams. Strong leadership, architecture review skills, and cloud experience are essential.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery on tight timelines while maintaining high standards for data quality and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Informatica IDM/ICS including ETL/ELT development.
• 5+ years with Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), CDI, CAI, CDQ, and metadata management.
• Enterprise-scale data integration using IDM/CI/CS and Snowflake with data modeling.
• Strong data warehousing, data lake, and modern data platform concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating onshore/offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews, solution reviews, and enforce standards.
• Mentor Data Engineers and drive delivery across teams.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and leadership to shape solutions.
