Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Snowflake and Python Data Engineer Lead (Onshore) for Hartford, CT (Onsite). The role requires deep expertise in Snowflake cloud, Python, and SnowSQL with 10–14 years of experience leading large enterprise data projects.

You will develop ETL pipelines, ingest data from CSV/JSON/XML, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Strong SQL and Snowflake skills are essential, along with collaboration across teams and basic insurance domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Snowflake features: writing complex queries, stored procedures, UDFs, etc.
• Programming languages: Python, SQL, SnowSQL – all mandatory.
• Experience with any ETL tool is acceptable.
• 10–14 years of experience as a technical lead in large-scale enterprise data projects.

Responsibilities

• Requires 10 to 14 years of experience with proven expertise as a Technical Lead in large-scale enterprise data projects on Snowflake cloud.
• Good knowledge and experience in Snowflake and Python.
• Develop ETL pipelines using Snowflake SQL.
• Data ingestion by extracting data from different types of files (CSV, JSON, XML).
• Implement data validation and transformation logic to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance.
• Good understanding of ETL concepts and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Basic knowledge of insurance domains.
