Job summary

KPI Partners is a 5-time Gartner-recognized data, analytics, and AI consulting firm offering remote-first opportunities. This role focuses on designing and building ELT pipelines, leading technical design, and ensuring code quality within DEV Workstreams.

You will work closely with client teams from an onshore location to deliver robust data solutions. As part of the team, you will mentor peers, guide architecture choices across Stage/ODS/Silver/Gold layers, and own data quality.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Snowpipe, SnowSQL).
• DBT for transformation and modeling.
• Airflow for orchestration.
• Experience leading technical design and code reviews.
• Must be onshore and able to connect to DEV Workstreams & Customer Teams.
• Experience with Medallion architecture (Stage/ODS/Silver/Gold).
• Prior mentoring or team-lead experience on data engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Direct connectivity into DEV Workstreams, this role designs and builds complex ELT pipelines and leads technical design and code review within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and builds complex ELT pipelines across Stage, ODS, and Silver layers using IICS, Snowpipe, SnowSQL, DBT, and Airflow.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive code review standards within the team
• Connect directly into DEV Workstreams as an onshore-based resource, enabling close coordination with client-side teams
• Own pipeline reliability and data quality across the layers you build.

Must Haves:

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Snowpipe, SnowSQL)

• Demonstrated experience leading technical design and conducting code reviews
