Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Member Support Representative II - Verifications to join our on-site team in Tampa, FL. You will conduct inbound video verification calls, guide members through the process, verify identities, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work five days per week in the office, use Zoom and Google Suite to assist customers, and collaborate with team leads to improve verification workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in customer support, contact center preferred.
• 6+ months of daily operations on Mac/PC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound video verification calls with members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify member identities across communities by requesting and validating documents.
• Address member inquiries and concerns related to the verification process.
• Assist with account recovery, tracking and resolving member issues securely.
• Follow coaching guidance to achieve goals and follow QA policies.
• Collaborate with team leads to enhance the verification process.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry regulations.
