Job summary

ID.me, Inc. is seeking a Member Support Representative II - Verifications to ensure secure, accurate member verification through video calls. You will guide members through the process and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is onsite at ID.me’s McLean, VA headquarters with full-time hours and opportunities for overtime, paid training, and benefits. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in a customer support role, preferably in a contact center.
• Experience using video conferencing and standard productivity tools.
• Ability to work in-office five days per week and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound video verification calls with members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify member identities across communities by requesting and validating documents.
• Address member inquiries and concerns related to the verification process.
• Assist with account recovery and ensure secure, efficient resolutions.
• Follow QA guidelines and collaborate with leads to improve the verification process.
• Stay updated on policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
