Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Identity Verification Driver in Sulphur, LA. You will manage access and badge activity, monitor entry points, and perform routine patrols at a chemical/petrochemical location while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time driving role offers day and night shifts with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour. You will apply security procedures, escalate discrepancies, and support site safety and security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of law enforcement experience, or two years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen may be required.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors following site security procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and manage access records.
• Document and screen incoming/outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facilities, and perimeter areas.
