Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and security procedures at a logistics location.
• Monitor and control access by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and drivers.
• Maintain access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts or responders.
