Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Identity Verification in WEST POINT, VA to safeguard clients across industries. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor access activity to help maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Maintain accurate access logs, issue and retrieve visitor badges and/or access credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
