Job summary

LegalShield in Duncan, OK is seeking a Customer Care Consultation Specialist to support identity theft protection members. You will assist members with protection suites and coordinate with investigators as needed.

The role emphasizes empathy, accurate documentation, and strong communication as you educate members on proactive protection and resolve inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Successful CDIA training completion.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior contact center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, etc.).
• Typing minimum of 35 WPM.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to determine if identity theft occurred for members.
• Empathize, multitask, and troubleshoot across areas with accuracy and clarity.
• Educate members on proactive protection and available tools.
• Coordinate with Restoration Specialists when identity theft is identified.
• Document cases accurately in systems of record.
